Cute. 
It has such nice details I just wanna jump it, hug it and ride it away to clouds. I love these details in the dragon, sorta remind me of a mixture of dragonage and akira toriyamas style. Oh... but one or some small things. The tail got kinda a weird bow on it which is anatomically unlogical, and kinda small back legs. (just pointing out)
Normally the back legs would be larger to take the pressure more readily if it lands, but the way you have made it it appears it's front legs are the things it usually land whit, this makes landing almost impossible if one consider the wingspan of your dragon according to the places it must land, and to top it of... you forgot a leg and a wing. Also the tail is really thick and has no stabilizer on the end, making flying extremely difficult.
That is just what my logic says. But great work.
I really love it (beside those small flaws if it even is flaws). ^_^
Dragons do not have to be logical, but it is what I think of when I see a dragon this way. O.o
